Malcolm was our salesman and helped make the whole process as smooth as possible. We felt he was honest with the pros and cons of every brand and mattress that he showed use to insure we got what we wanted and was completely happy with our purchase. We never felt pressured and left happy and excited about our new mattress. I don’t believe the experience would have been as satisfying without Malcolm.
